What we build

Residential construction across northwest Tucson

From a single room to a ground-up house: priced, scheduled, and supervised by the owner.

Kitchen Remodels

The room the whole house revolves around. We reconfigure layouts, move walls and utilities, and manage cabinetry, counters, and finish work to a schedule you can see.

Bathroom Remodels

Primary suites, hall baths, and additions. Waterproofing and tile done right the first time, with the mess kept to one part of the house.

See examples →

Home & Room Additions

New square footage: a primary suite, a casita, a great-room expansion, a second story. We handle the foundation, structural, and tie-in work so the addition reads as original to the house.

See examples →

Whole-Home Remodels

Taking a dated house to the studs and rebuilding it around how you actually live, sequenced so you always know what's happening this week.

Garages & RV Garages

Detached garages, oversized shops, and RV garages built to Pima County code and matched to your home's elevation.

New Custom Homes

Ground-up construction on your lot, built from your plans or a design partner's drawings.

Why owner-led matters

You hire Palm Tree Construction, you get Jason.

Most remodeling companies put a salesperson in front of you to sign the contract and a project manager you've never met in charge once work starts. Here, that's one person, and it's the owner.

1 One point of accountability

Jason gives you the estimate, builds the schedule, and runs the site. When you have a question or a problem, you're not chasing down who owns it; you already know.

2 On site every week, not every month

The owner walks your project weekly, catches issues while they're cheap to fix, and gives you a standing update so you're never guessing what happens next.

3 Small on purpose

Palm Tree Construction stays small enough that the owner is on every job. That's not a growth stage we're trying to get past; it's the point.

A 40-year firm with multiple crews can't promise the owner is on your site. We can, because it's the only way we work.

How your project runs

Four steps, one person you talk to.

Estimate & walkthrough

You talk to Jason, not a salesperson. He walks the space, learns the goal and the budget, and sends a written, itemized estimate, not a vague per-square-foot range.

Plan & schedule

We lock scope, selections, and a week-by-week schedule before demo starts. If you have an architect or designer, we build to their drawings and coordinate with them directly.

Build

One crew, one supervisor, Jason on site weekly. Dust barriers up, floors protected, site cleaned daily, and a standing weekly update so you always know what's next.

Walkthrough & warranty

We punch the list with you, not for you. You get lien waivers, warranty terms in writing, and a direct line to Jason after the job closes.

Working with architects & designers

Already have an architect or designer? We're the builder who won't fight your plans.

A lot of Foothills and Oro Valley projects start with a designer the homeowner already trusts. We're comfortable in that seat: building to someone else's drawings, sitting in the design meetings, flagging cost and constructability issues early, and keeping the vision intact through construction. No design ego, no pressure to switch to an in-house package.

Or text a photo of your space to (520) 789-4435.

Occupied job sites

You can stay in your house while we work.

Most of our clients live on site through the remodel. We sequence the work to keep a functioning kitchen or bathroom as long as possible, wall off the work zone with real dust barriers, protect floors and HVAC, and clean up at the end of every day. An occupied job site is the normal case for us, not a special request.
